At Couture USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided all security tags remain attached.

Return Process

  Log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or contact our concierge team within 14 days of receiving your order.

  Secure the Item

  Ensure the item is in its original condition with all Couture USA security tags, designer labels, and original packaging intact to remain eligible for a refund.

  Ship the Package

  Pack your item securely and use the provided prepaid shipping label or your preferred insured carrier to send the package back to our authentication center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition and authenticity, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
